Extruded Solutions, Inc. ® (ESI) warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage to products resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or storage, and unauthorized alterations.
ESI’s warranty obligation shall be limited to furnishing substitute products for original products, which in ESI’s sole judgment, have proven defective in material or workmanship within the sixty (60) days warranty period.
Any implied warranties of merchantability or propriety for any particular purpose, shall be strictly limited in duration to that of the express warranty set forth above. In no event shall ESI be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the manufacture, sale, or use of these products under any legal theory. Said damages shall include, but not be limited to, lost profits, damage to property, or damages for personal injury. ESI's liability shall in no case exceed the price paid for the product claimed to be defective.
Extruded Solutions, Inc., ships through UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise notified. Extra cost will incur at customer’s expense should they decide on alternative methods of shipping. Processing time for each order will take an average of 3 days for online orders only. Wholesalers/OEM, please contact ESI for an accurate processing time.
For free UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail shipping on www.extrudedsolutions.com, it is at the discretion of ESI to ship product(s) via UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class Mail based on lowest shipping cost available.
ESI will not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns may be subject to shipping and restocking charges (20% of product value).
NOTE:
Some ingredients used in these products, or their component materials, may not be compatible with certain surfaces. These ingredients may cause staining and or other consequential damages. ESI reserves the right to ship and bill up to 10% over and under quantity ordered on all parts.
